Computer-to-screen (CTS)
Computer-to-screen" (CTS) and "direct-to-screen" (DTS) are two
terms to describe the same concept in screen printing. People often
use the two labels interchangeably, but for our purposes we'll call
it computer-to-screen or CTS.
Computer to screen (CTS) imaging & exposure system. CTS greatly
reduces the time and effort required to prepare images for screen
printing. The screen in the screen frame has been pictured with a
water-oil dual-use photosensitive emulsion. When it passes through
the exposure machine, the advanced DMD digital imaging technology
makes it form sharp square dots with clear definition, thereby
quickly generating opaque images. After the exposure is completed,
the stencil can be washed, and the digital image can be clearly
displayed on the screen.
What is automatic expanding and shrinking?
In view of the special effect of printing paper with screen,
traditional films need to be edited for printing down due to
deformation after printing paper, resulting in manual work waste
and precision loss. CTS300-AI uses CCD industrial camera to capture
paper data, calculate paper deformation data through powerful
computing ability while automatically expand and shrink the graph
according to the paper deformation data, so that the graph on the
screen accurately aligns the deformed paper, thereby eliminating
the distress of editing film.
